No pressure. No catch. Just a place to start.

Our Story

Why I made this for you

One of my greatest sadnesses is that I didn’t do my own work early enough for my daughter, Sydney, to feel safe and beloved as she discovered who she was. Her dad and I were learning and unraveling and asking new questions, but we weren’t talking about it out loud, in front of her, soon enough. And that silence left her more alone than she ever should have been.

If I could go back, I would shake myself awake years earlier.

I couldn’t find the resources I needed. I didn’t have the words. I didn’t know where to start. And I don’t want that to be your story.

So I made something for you. A free guide with the vocabulary, the pronouns, and the one truth that matters more than getting it all right: perfection is not required. Not even a little. What your kid needs is not a perfect parent. They need you to show up and try.

Get yourguide above — it takes 15 seconds to sign up for and it’s completely free.

And when you’re ready to go deeper, I created a full Me Course alongside Isaac Archuleta (he/they), LPC, founder and CEO of iAmClinic, and Sara Cunningham, author, activist, and founder of the nonprofit Free Mom Hugs. It is the roadmap I wish I’d had. Explore the full Me Course

You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep showing up.
