Midlife Renaissance — a limited series
For generations, women have been taught to brace for midlife—to endure it quietly, to shrink, to accept confusion and discomfort as the cost of getting older. Midlife Renaissance pushes back against that narrative with honesty, warmth, and hard-won wisdom.
In this limited series, we’re creating space for the conversations women are hungry for but rarely invited into. Across the series, Jen gathers a diverse, deeply trusted group of physicians, psychologists, authors, researchers, and advocates who speak plainly about the physical, emotional, and relational changes that define midlife—and why women deserve better information, better care, and better outcomes.
These episodes name what so many women feel but struggle to articulate: the grief of a changing body, the relief of finally understanding it, the anger at being dismissed, and the power that comes with knowledge. Listeners are equipped with practical insight into hormones, mental health, sexuality, friendships, and self-advocacy—while being reminded, again and again, that they are not broken, alone, or “behind.”
Midlife Renaissance honors the full spectrum of women’s experiences and voices, elevating experts who translate science into language women can use, and storytellers who reflect the beauty and complexity of life in transition. With humor, vulnerability, and radical clarity, we’re inviting women to reclaim agency over their health and wellbeing—and to see midlife not as an ending, but as a return to themselves.
Midlife is not a crisis. It is a reckoning. And for many women, it is the beginning of something truer, stronger, and more free.
